These no bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Crackers are a delightful treat that can be served as an after school snack or party hors d’oeuvres. They require very little prep and are easily whipped up!

If you have a sweet and salty craving, these are the perfect pick me up snack! I bet you can’t walk away after eating just one of these babies.

Fancy these crackers up with sprinkles or a chocolate drizzle or leave them simple like I did above.

And without further ramblings, let’s get to the recipe. You should probably make a large batch so you can share these because you’ll likely not be able to stop after just one.

No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Crackers
Ingredients
- 6 oz dark chocolate chips
- 25 Ritz crackers
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup frozen whipped topping, slightly thawed
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with foil and place 25 crackers on it
- Put chocolate chips in a microwave safe glass and heat for 30 seconds at a time until melted
- Dip half of each crackers in the melted chocolate and place on the baking sheet until fully set
- Meanwhile, mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl and transfer to a sandwich bag
- Cut the tip of the bag and pipe a dollop onto the center of each cracker
- Freeze and enjoy
