This mocktail is best served in a copper mug just like a traditional Moscow Mule. Tropical flavors mixed with a hint of spice from the ginger beer bring the Virgin Pineapple Mango Moscow Mule together perfectly!
Virgin Pineapple Mango Moscow Mule
- 1/4 Mango, chopped
- 4 oz Club Soda
- 2 oz Ginger Beer
- 3 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 Lime Wedge
- 1 Sprig of Mint
- Chop the Mango and place it in a blender with 1 oz of club soda, blend until there are no chunks
- Pour the mango mixture into your cup and add 2 oz ginger beer, 3 oz pineapple juice and remainder of club soda
- Mix and add 2 cubes of ice, garnish with lime wedge and mint sprig
