We were on fire last month, moving quickly but June was very slow. Check out what went on at House Manor in June, 2020:
June 4:
- Plumbing rough-in for basement bathroom and sump pump done
- Concrete slab was poured
June 9:
- More gravel laid for driveway so the trucks don’t get stuck anymore 🙂
June 22:
- Foundation Survey conducted.
June was a bit of a disappointment to say the least. The Foundation Survey was something we didn’t realize was required nor did we expect the additional cost and it, unfortunately, delayed our progress for pretty much the entire month of June.
Lumber is supposed to be delivered this week and framing should be starting Friday. I sure hope we make up some lost time (without compromising the structure of course!).
In the meantime, we’ve been enjoying the warm summer afternoons/evenings with family BBQs at the property. Until next time, be blessed and click here to see my YouTube building update video for May & June, 2020.
