In a large pan, heat olive oil and minced garlic until browned.
Add shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a large pot, bring water to boil and add the fettuccine noodles and cook per package directions.
While the pasta is cooking, start the alfredo sauce in a small pot.
Add butter, heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, italian seasoning, pepper and parmesan cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and combined.
Add cooked shrimp to sauce and serve over hot pasta.
